Summary: To begin with, I have stayed in many rentals over my life. Most properties have a welcome book that explains the neighborhood, things to do and nearby restaurants. All we got was a small notebook explaining all the charges & fines they’re going to impose if I don’t comply with the rules. They left one trash bag for our 6 night stay and didn’t have a majority of the essentials so we had to buy most of them. I know I was overcharged for this unit because everybody was rushing to the island to see the volcano, but I paid a pretty penny for this place, and didn’t feel like I was treated with any respect or welcomed. Only positive is it’s location but there are many rentals nearby, so won’t be returning.
