The location is fantastic, nestled in a quiet valley in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains just between Whitesburg and Hindman! Guests will enjoy this lovely retreat and pets will too!
The Space:
This lovely, ranch style home is perfect for a large group. There are a total of four bedrooms, two with king beds and two with queen beds. Three bedrooms are down a hallway and the fourth is on the opposite end of the house and opens up to the outdoor patio. There is one bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The kitchen is very spacious and has everything you need to cook your own meals and the laundry room is just off the kitchen. There is a small fire pit and charcoal grill that guests may enjoy. The driveway will park up to 4 cars or two trucks with trailers.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all areas of the home except for the outdoor storage room on the patio. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the fenced yard.
