Wifi is available and password will be provided. The furnished kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with an eat-in country kitchen area, coffee-maker, toaster, microwave, and oven. Enjoy the full size energy efficient washer and dryer! Balcony overlooking golf course and large pond with table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Go out the front door of the condo and you are directly in front of the pool with hot tub. Situated near St. Petersburg Beach, Pass-A-Grille, Boca Ciega Bay, and Terra Verde. The area is also close to Clearwater Beach, Treasure Island, Madiera Beach, Fort DeSoto Park, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Bay and Busch Gardens. The location allows guests to enjoy fishing, parasailing, golfing, boating, shopping, miniature golf, dolphin watching, snorkeling, wine tasting, fine dining, and later watch the sunset from the balcony off the condo or the various beachside restaurants.
