Located on the main living area (there are three levels total), this open concept space area offers a cozy living space furnished with a sleeper sofa and a TV. The kitchen is bright and fully equipped with the a counter top and bar stools for your meals.

There is a queen size sleeper sofa for larger groups.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1: The entry level has 1 bedroom, furnished with a queen bed, plenty of closets and direct access to the backyard and BBQ.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom, located on the top floor, is furnished with a queen sized bed, has 1 large closet and plenty of windows.
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom, also located on the top floor, is furnished with a queen sized bed, has 2 large closet and plenty of windows.

BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1: Full bathroom on the entry level space.
Bathroom 2: Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a nearby bathroom with a bath shower combo on the top level.
Bathroom 3: Powder room located on the main level just off on the kitchen on the main level.

AIR CONDITIONING
Air conditioning is a real rarity in Seattle. This home does not have central A/C, but does have a small window unit air conditioner in the dining room and the master bedroom.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Accessible upon entering the house. Walk through the entry level bedroom out into the private outdoor space with BBQ.

West Seattle is hip and trendy. All you need to know about West Seattle is that it is steps to the beach (really happening all summer long), beach volleyball, and waterfront dining at solid options like Duke's and Cactus.

It is about 20 to 30 minutes to downtown by car or you can hop on the water taxi and be downtown in less than 10 minutes.
