Perfect for families or groups, this spacious retreat offers an open kitchen, dining, and living area with a large table so everyone can gather for meals or games. We respect your privacy but are always happy to help if needed. Our son occasionally stays in the apartment behind the garage when he’s in town for work and can assist with any urgent needs.

You’ll have the entire home to yourself, including the large covered deck, backyard, kitchen, living areas, and laundry. Private driveway parking, ON SIDE CLOSEST TO THE HOUSE ONLY, is available for up to three vehicles as well as street parking in front for up to two vehicles.
Our son occasionally stays in the small apartment behind the garage when he is in town for work. He keeps to himself and will not disturb your stay, and we are nearby if you need assistance.

The kitchen has a large island, breakfast bar, gas stove, cookware, utensils, and dining essentials. The adjoining dining table comfortably seats everyone for meals or games, and the living area is ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Louisville.
UPSTAIRS:
The second floor has two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom. The left bedroom has a king bed, desk, and recliner, making it a great option for those who want a quiet workspace or reading area. The right bedroom has a queen bed and a cozy, inviting feel. The updated full bathroom serves both bedrooms.
