The top level's spacious great room features cathedral ceilings and entertainment center. To the chef's delight, there's a large tiled kitchen with breakfast bar. The great room opens to spacious decking and a screened porch with picnic table. Up on top, an observation deck offers Atlantic views as well as sunset vistas.
