Positive: Loved the layout and size of the house… for 13 perfectly. Loved the ground level game room… perfect for teenagers. Loved the view of the lake. Loved the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked.

Negative: The house was not well maintained. It was dirty. The kitchen counter tops are tile and the grout lines are thick and stained… and not easily cleaned. The refrigerator was scratched and rusted on the outside. The heat was horrible unbalanced…. Hot in front bedroom and cold in living room. The beds were not very comfortable and the pull outs were dirty and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The main level deck was very dangerous to walk on. It was so slippery with algae that you had to skate your feet across as to not slip and fall. The driveway is very difficult to navigate in the snow.
