You will find a fabulous 3 BR and 2 BA home with individual AC in each room, spacious living, and a large outdoor patio with fire pit. Located in the heart of Santa Fe's "mid-town", Hummingbird House is walking distance to restaurants, and is only a 7 minute drive to The Plaza.
This charming renovation offers visitors a taste of mid-century Santa Fe. With customizable heating and air system, fully-stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops, two bathrooms (one full bath, one 3/4 bath with walk-in shower) and outdoor living space with two seating areas, fire pit and landscaping, you can have it all. With the exception of some vintage, artisanal pieces, furnishings are new as are all linens.
While the home is compact at just over 1,000 square feet, it is cozy and comfortable and outside spaces make it live larger. It is ideal for 4 adults and two children, but can accommodate up to 6 adults.
