Step into the spacious and creative living space with a laid-back vibe, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment. Sink into the plush sofas and unwind while watching your favorite shows, playing fun games, or simply enjoying time together. For those who love a little friendly competition, we also have a ping pong table. Gather around for exciting matches, make some fun drinks at the bar, and create unforgettable memories.

The fully-equipped kitchen has all the cooking essentials and modern appliances (including a blender and mixer), along with complimentary coffee and tea, basic spices, and condiments for your stay. The adjacent dining area has seating for 8 along with extra seating at the kitchen island and is perfect for savoring your culinary creations with your group. There is an adjustable high chair available as well.

Step outside into your private paradise – a huge fenced-in pool awaits you! The enormous backyard also features cornhole and a BBQ grill with all the essentials to host dinner at the 6-seat dining space. Take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters, soak up the sun on the comfortable hammock, gather around the fire pit to make some smores, or enjoy a game of cornhole. Note that the pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee starting at $100 (See FAQ for more info and exceptions!)

Each of the four bedrooms has its own unique and cozy boho theme with a peaceful ambiance for a restful night's sleep. Drift off in comfort and wake up rejuvenated, ready to take on another day of adventures in Mesa! If you are traveling with a little one, there is a pack-n-play.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, garage parking for 1 vehicle, and driveway parking for 4 more, and private backyard space.
Smart lock instructions will be provided to you before your arrival.

OCCUPANCY:
Total occupancy is 9 if there is a small child that can use the pack-n-play. There is a maximum of 8 adults. If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation will be automatically canceled with no refund. Please enter the full # of guests while booking.
EXTERNAL CAMERAS AND MONITORING:

Please understand these cameras and monitoring devices are for guest safety & security as well as host protection. Do not tamper or cover the cameras at any time or unplug any monitoring device. Doing so will result in an immediate eviction of all guests with no refund. There are NO cameras inside the home. These are all motion-activated and have video and audio capability. They are not continuously monitored.
ADA ACCESSIBILITY
- The living room has a small step-down without a rail.
- The pool and spa do not have ADA accessibility features. Guests with mobility concerns may have difficulty using these features.
SPA & POOL HEAT AND FEATURES
Heating: The spa and pool system uses a heat pump. Most of the year the spa temperature is maintained at approximately 101 degrees and is heated between 3 pm and 10 pm, however, when the temperatures drop below 50 at night and do not get above 60 during the day, the spa may be unable to heat up fully. Due to the heat pump, pool heating depends on projected temperatures during your stay. If you are interested in having the pool heated, please get in touch with us. The fee is $50/day with a 2-day minimum and 2-day advance notification. If the outside temps are projected to be warm enough to allow heating, we will send you a payment request.
Controlling the system: The system is all controlled via an app and guests do not have access. We have the lights, waterfall, and spa therapy jets on a timer. We are happy to accommodate your requests to turn these features on or off during your stay.

See the policies and rules section for further details on rules, including potential charges for breaking the set rules. Below are the rules we ask all guests to adhere to while staying with us. We know it looks like a lot, but really, it all boils down to being a courteous guest and treating our home with the respect and care you would want your own home treated. We want to be able to ensure that all of our guests have a 5-star experience and can only do that if the property is taken care of by everybody who uses it.
By booking with us, you are agreeing that you have read and will adhere to these house rules.
✓ No Parties. Gatherings that disturb our neighbors are prohibited. We DO understand you are on vacation and here to have fun. We ask that you be respectful of our home and neighbors at all times.
✓ This is a NO SMOKING listing. No smoking of cigarettes or pot/vaping/incense anywhere on the premises.
✓ Please park in the driveway or garage. The driveway fits 4 vehicles easily. Garage parking is via a monitored app and must be pre-arranged.
✓ No unregistered guests are allowed without prior approval. Occupancy is 10 guests.
✓ No pets - Only service pets are allowed. They must be well-behaved and kept off the furniture and out of the pool. Please pick up pet waste and dispose of it in the outdoor garbage cans.
✓ Heating/Cooling - Please keep the thermostat between 68 and 78 degrees. Set the thermostat to 75 when checking out.
✓ Please respect the noise curfew. 10 pm - 8 am. This is strictly enforced as we need to respect our neighboring homes. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2500).
✓ Please respect the check-in time of 4 pm and check-out time of 11 am. Early check-in (as early as noon) and late check-out (as late as 1 p.m.) can only be accommodated with prior approval and cannot be confirmed until 24 hours prior. Our house cleaners must have adequate time to prepare between guests.
✓ Please do not move any furniture without approval. If furniture or floors are damaged as a result of you moving them, you will be charged to repair the damage or replace the item. Anything you do move must be returned to its original location, or a fee may be assessed to move it back.
✓ Please do not eat food in the bedrooms or leave any food out, as this can attract pests.
✓ Take all trash to the can outside. The weekly recyclable pickup (blue can) is on Wednesday, and the trash pickup (black can) is on Saturday. Please put the can down to the curb the night before and bring it back up after pickup.
✓ Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. Clean up spills and crumbs since they attract critters and can cause permanent stains and damage. Please do not use the cloth furniture or beds when dirty. Stains from grease, mud, grass, and makeup can be difficult to remove. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
✓ Decorations: Absolutely no sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint! And you will be charged for repair). NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest as it's a nightmare to clean up.
✓ Do not use the property for any illegal or immoral purposes.
✓ No glass in the pool area. Do not leave pool tools (diving rings, goggles) in the pool when not in use.
✓ Alert us immediately if anything breaks so it can be repaired or replaced.
✓ Please shake out towels, clothes, and shoes before using. Sometimes bugs, including scorpions, climb into things and we don't want you go get bitten. If you see unwanted pests, please notify us so we can get pest control back out.
