The space:
The home is located close by the Olympic Oval and about 20 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport. The neighborhood is nice and safe to be around.
Guest access:
It's a single private home and being rented out the entire house. No one is living here so you could stay at your convenience and enjoy your stay while you're there.
Other things to note:
Our place is equipped with 65 in smart tv in the living room with a high-speed internet FAST WIFI free to use. Guests can cook some meals, go to a grocery store, and live like local people. Have fun with friends around the ping pong table.

3. We do not allow parties or events of any kind in the house. If you plan to have guests over, please let the owner know in advance.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Loud music, yelling or other disturbances are not allowed during these hours.
5. Guests are responsible for keeping the house clean and tidy during their stay. Dishes should be washed, and any mess should be cleaned up after use.
6. Do not move any furniture without owner's permission. If you cause any damage to the furniture or walls, you will be responsible for paying for repairs or replacements.
7. Please do not take any items (e.g. towels, linens) from the house. If items are found to be missing after check-out, you will be charged for their replacement.
8. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property is as specified in the booking. Additional guests are not allowed without the owner's approval.
9. Any significant damages, messes, or other problems that occur during your stay, must be reported to the owner as soon as possible.
10. Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay, including those regarding noise, parking, and trash disposal.
