Welcome to our recently renovated Scottsdale oasis! Steps away from food, drinks, a Sprouts grocery store, and the palm-tree surrounded pool, what more could you ask for? Central to Old Town Scottsdale, it's the perfect location to explore the Phoenix valley. Walking distance to amazing eats and just a short bike/car ride to hikes, golf, baseball, and more.
Our condo was very recently renovated from top to bottom and is fully furnished. We go above and beyond to provide as many thoughtful touches as humanly possible to our guests so that you can feel at home on the road!
We don't skimp on TVs. There is a Roku SmartTV located in the living room, and a Roku SmartTV in the bedroom. Each has HD Cable and Netflix (don't forget your login details!). Wifi is fast enough to stream movies or work during your travels.
The living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day. Open the front door, take a few steps, and sink into the locally made comfy couch. It's the perfect place for a short nap after a long day, so snuggle up in some of the blankets we've left for you and leave the floor-to-ceiling screen door open to enjoy the gorgeous weather.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, cocktails, takeout, and grilling and we supply coffee and tea. Want to stay in for date night? Flip through some of the fun cookbooks we've provided, and collect the ingredients and a bottle of wine at Sprouts across the street. We've also left a guidebook with some of our favorite restaurants in the unit if you have no interest in cooking.
Bedroom features a premium king-sized Tuft & Needle bed, pure white hypoallergenic hotel bedding, plenty of luxurious pillows, locally handmade herringbone headboard, and tall mirror for last minute outfit checks.
Cozy blankets are provided for lounging during your stay, and handmade, local pieces and desert plants throughout the unit make for staging outstanding social media shots. Don't forget to snap a selfie in front of our herringbone feature wall!
During your stay, the condo is all yours. Our check-in process is easy and keyless. Make yourself at home!
Our guests have full access to the complex's amenities, including heated pool and hot tub, grills located around the pool, and an exercise room.
As Scottsdale residents, we are happy to assist in any way possible to make your stay memorable and relaxing. We live minutes away and are available if you need us.
As we planned out our space, we did so with you in mind! A book of our favorite spots and places to eat and items like a Roku TV to watch your favorite HD TV shows, games, snuggly blankets, and pool gear keep your packing list to a minimum.
The Maya complex features a large, heated resort-like pool and hot tub, and an exercise room. Conveniently, a laundry room is located steps from our condo.
Our condo is located on the west side of the complex, closest to the restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries, golf, and the amazing nightlife of Old Town Scottsdale. A Sprouts grocery store is located directly across the street. Inside the unit itself, it is very quiet; however sometimes noise from the road and the sports bar across the street can be heard while sitting on the patio.
Our guests have use of a dedicated covered parking spot, and access to plenty of uncovered guest parking if needed.
Additional items to note:
Please be aware that on the third Tuesday of every month, there may be a water shutoff in the entire complex for residents to make plumbing repairs. The shutoff takes place from 9am until noon.
Laundry key, electronic pool FOB, and parking pass must be left in the unit. If guests accidentally take these home, you’ll be responsible for replacement costs.
Pool hours are from 8am - 11pm. The complex issues fines if residents or guests use the pool outside of these hours, and guests will assume responsibility for these fines.
No glass may be taken into the pool area. The HOA issues fines for glass in the pool area, and these will be assumed by any guest with glass.
Guests will be responsible for any fines or extra charges incurred while staying in the unit, including but not limited to HOA fines, extra cleaning fees, damage repairs or replacements, or removed property.
The Maya complex heat & A/C are controlled by the HOA, and at any given time only heat or air conditioning is available based on weather forecast and time of year.
