Summary: The place was very clean and the owner was pleasant and responsive. One thing we did not expect was the tenants living in the basement - did not bother us but was not warned and surprised when we heard random noises and voices and then saw people on the property. Also if staying at an older place with central air in the Baltimore area be prepared for a unique scent in the house. This is not the owner’s fault, but a common area issue - the humidity causes that on ac units. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the place is cute, clean, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Thank you!
