It has a breakfast area and counter bar seating. A large den with access to the tranquil courtyard surrounded by David Cassidy's prized Bougainville and opens to the large backyard.
The lush private backyard overlooks the Mayan lake and features a big free-form, heated pool with a waterfall spa, BBQ and dining area, covered porch, and gazebo with seating. Walk through the Gazebo to a private dock on the water where you can fish, kayak, or canoe or cruise by boat to the Intercoastal waterways.
