The exclusive private fenced backyard has an outside living area with grill, dining table, a fire pit with polywood Adirondack sitting area and a newly installed outdoor shower. Located just one short block to the beach and one short block to the bay where you can enjoy both breathtaking sunrises and sunsets every morning and night!
The primary ensuite has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a queen size sleeper sofa. The 3rd bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size bed.
The off-street parking for 2 cars.
Weekly booking during the summer season, change over day is Saturday.
8 beach badges, 6 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas , 1 beach buggy and 1 huge cooler are included.
Like most Jersey Shore rentals, we don't provide linens and towels during the summer season, so you have to bring your own sheets and towels for your stay. Other than that, we provide almost all toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash and body lotion, etc.) except toothpaste and toothbrushes. We also have enough pillows, blankets and comforters for every room.
We also provide seasonings, cooking oils, utensils and plenty dining ware in the kitchen.
Detergent and softener are also provided in the laundry.
Off season, minimum booking is 2-3 days, no restricted check-in or check-out days, and we also can provide linens and towels. If you don't want to bring your own towels and linens when you stay off season, please let me know.
