Studio with queen bed (and air mattress available upon request). Totally renovated in 2018 with new floors, new tiled shower, new vanity, new interior paint, new ceiling fan, new furniture.. Studio has small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. There is no stove or oven. There is a gas grill at the pool.. We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and beach umbrella. Parking for one car (open lot). There is no laundry on site. Clean/fresh towels provided mid-stay for stays of 7 nights or more. There is a large pool, hot tub and BBQs on the property. Princeville has a great walking path which you can access just outside the property grounds. The path goes throughout Princeville so you can walk to grocery store, coffee shops, other shops, restaurants, golf and several beach paths within about a mile.
