Large windows that look out over the water help make this home bright with natural light and a great deck makes star gazing perfect on a clear New Hampshire night. Loosen up in the game room and show off your skills on the ping pong or Foosball table. Recline on the beach and let your worries wash away or explore the pond in the canoe or paddle boat provided at this home. ***Please note, there are some rocks in the pond at this location. A swim dock (summer only), canoe and paddle boat are provided for guest enjoyment of the pond.***
The main level of this house consists of an open concept kitchen, dining area and living room complete with waterfront views. There are also 2 bedrooms and a full bath with shower. The second level is the master suit with queen bed and private full bath. The finished basement includes the 4th bedroom with double bed and game room with ping pong table and Foosball.
Check-In: Will take place at the Select Real Estate office located at 445 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH 03818. Check-in will take place any time after 4:00pm.
