This one bedroom condo is located as close to the ocean as you can get on North Topsail Beach. At high tide, the beach is not accessible in front of the building. Enjoy the waves and view from your private balcony. Plenty of beach during low tide. The condo is keyless entry so you don`t have to worry about losing a key on the beach. There is a small Tiki Bar across the street. This place has 2 flat screen Smart TV`s, a dvd player, games, movies, books and a fully equipped kitchen; just bring the groceries. Great place for 1, 2 or a family. It offers tennis equipment, corn hole bags and a basketball for the multipurpose court. Other items can be used on the beach including chairs and umbrella. All linens, towels and paper products provided.
Keyless Entry. Guests will be provided an access code as soon as unit is cleaned and ready. Spacious parking lot with plenty of parking spaces, you are required to use the provided parking pass to display in your vehicles.
