Summary: This condo is in an excellent location, with walking to everything in Waikoloa. (Restaurants, shopping, beach etc) It is in very clean and in good condition so easy to relax and enjoy your holiday in comfort. The local management were very quick to respond to questions. The 2nd floor and building location provides a beautiful place to enjoy coffee and breakfast in the morning and sundowners in the afternoon. You will not be disappointed staying in this condo. By the way, it was not clear about the type of coffee maker came with the unit. It has both K-CUP and drip coffee makers.
