Waikoloa Hills is a small residential complex at 1000 ft elevation which provides cooler temperatures and tranquil breezes. You are just a brief walk to the nearby shopping complex, with a upscale grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop and a yoga center. When you are looking to relax but want to stay nearby, this small complex features a heated swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor grill and dining area.
The first floor consists of an entire brand new kitchen including, appliances and granite counter-tops. This is opened to the Living Room (Wifi). No AC on first floor only a ceiling fan. Nice sunset views from the covered porch (Lanai).
