The north end of the famed Rehoboth Beach boardwalk is located just a few blocks away and will provide hours of fun distractions for all including amusement rides, shops, restaurants, and snack bars, and during the summer, you might catch some live entertainment at the Rehoboth Beach bandstand. Park the car and take the Jolly Trolley for a nominal fee that runs from Rehoboth to Dewey during the summer season. You can also take advantage of the Beach Bus that runs along Route 1 for more fun summer outings.
The home offers a beautiful shaded backyard with a screened patio with comfortable seating. There is also a dappled backyard that will be perfect for alfresco dining and hosting summertime cookouts using the provided gas grill.
