The house is 2 bedroom, 1 bath with an additional bonus room that acts as a great extra bedroom - or as a sitting room to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sunrise. The master bedroom features a queen size bed while the 2nd bedroom offers two full size beds. The bonus room has a queen pull-out couch as does the main living room, allowing for comfortable accommodations for up to 6 people. The house is meticulously maintained and features an open-concept layout – perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Everything in the house is updated and brand new, including all furniture, beds, decorations, and kitchen essentials.
The house is set up on a hill which provides elevated, open-water views of the magnificent Caribbean-like waters of Torch Lake. Enjoy dinner with family or unwind with a glass of wine on the private, multi-tiered deck. Follow the nice, sturdy set of stairs down the bluff to the jaw-dropping shoreline.
The water frontage is amazing with 110 ft. of private sandy frontage and an 80ft. dock. Create the perfect summer afternoon by swimming off the end of the dock, floating on a raft in the hot summer sun, or wading through the crystal clear waters that are sandy and shallow for several hundred feet past the dock. Relax in the two included Adirondack chairs at the end of the dock and look out over the picturesque waters after a long day of boating.
There is a brand new Bennington 23ft. Tri-Toon available for rent for $2000/weekly. This boat has the premium package and has all the amenities you need. It is equipped with a 150 hp engine, which is fuel efficient, but can also get you where you want to go quickly! The boat will be cleaned, fueled, and ready for you at the dock upon arrival. No need to pay the high rental rates at a marina (typically $3000+ per week) and being constrained to using the boat (and having to pick up/return it) within marina hours. This is a truly convenient option! We do give booking priority for the house to those who rent the tri-toon as well. We truly believe that renting both the boat and house results in an all-inclusive experience that can’t be beat!
7-night minimum bookings for July and August, check-in/out is on Saturdays. Please inquire for possible exceptions.
