Condo has water views on all sides of top floor unit. Sit on front balcony and overlook gulf and on back balcony and look out at balcony. Water views from all rooms. Complex has 2 pools and access to both gulf and bay. Bring your boat! Place for boat and trailer. There is a $50 per day fee for the boat with a $300 weekly fee this covers both the boat and the trailer. There is also a $50 per vehicle charge for a parking pass this covers your whole time of your stay. They like for us to try to limit it to two cars per unit. Unit is a 3 bedroom 2 bath where one bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen and one has 2 queens and there is 2 twin mattress (one chair that has a pull out twin and one hide a bed).
