Annoyed by lengthy lists of chores or nowhere to charge your phone? How about that HDMI cable you forgot to pack? We've been there, so we've done our best to equip our home with all those little things we tend to leave behind.

• High-end finishes and features throughout, such as one-touch electronic window shades, heated floors in the primary bathroom, well-equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances, LG washer and dryer, and two brand new 4K televisions.
• Tall home with lots of stairs (please note for those with small children or mobility concerns)

• Air conditioning on second + third floors which easily keep the entire home cool on the hottest summer days

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the ground-floor slider doors to the side yard. This is an easement which must be kept clear at all times.
Other things to note:
Don't worry, no chores for you here - all we ask is to respect the space (don't leave trash or food around the house, spilled liquids on bedding or furniture, etc.). Anything outside of a typical cleaning will result in additional cleaning or replacement fees.
We do require that any person entering the property must be registered with us ahead of time, please! Some additional guest flexibility may apply to long-term stays, so please feel free to ask.
Absolutely NO parties, please! We have a great relationship with our lovely neighbors and we would like to keep it that way. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM.
There is no smoking of any substance allowed anywhere on the premises. You may do so curbside at the main street.
