Renovated Victorian built in the 1800's! With mid-century flare! Located in one of Asbury Park's prime neighborhoods. Walking distance to dining and entertainment. Only 4 short blocks from the Asbury Park Beach. Our home has 4 bedrooms (all bedrooms on the 2nd floor), 2 1/2 baths, large backyard with outdoor shower.
8 Bikes available and 8 season pass beach badges also included (Kids under 12 are free), use of Beach Locker (Until September 6th) via Sunset Beach just north of Convention Hall (8 plus chairs, umbrella, sand toys, boggie boards)
On site parking via driveway (can fit 2-3 medium sized cars-large SUVs won’t fit)

Anna Gibson was listed as our property's first owner at this location in 1905. Anna's husband Lewis was a doctor in NYC, their son fought in WW2, was captured and released, sadly just missing his father's passing in 1946 after he was released as a POW. This home was physically moved to this location in 1905 from across the street on the the south west corner of 3rd and Emory. We have found records referencing occupants dating back to as early as 1886.
