This charming coastal house in Fairlight is an ideal residence for those who want a relaxing holiday right at your back door. The pool will allow you to bring the summer feeling home straight from the beach which is just a short walk away. The big bi folding doors will allow you to walk easily from the family room to the flat grass area and daybed for sunning yourself and watching the sunsets, or walk up to the pool area.
Turn on the festoon lights to create something special at night. The location is just a short walk to Manly Centre, Harbour, Queenscliff or Fairlight Beach. It's also a short walk to local shops and cafes. The house is all on one level secured through a gate at the front and a bright yellow front door will welcome you into Summer Hill.
You'll have the choice of 3 large bedrooms
One with a King bed and Frame TV.
The 2nd with a Queen Bed and Ensuite.
The 3rd with a Double Bed and Desk.
Bedrooms all have overhead fans to cool you on balmy summer days and nights.
One main bathroom with a bath and rainwater shower head, heated towel rails and a full vanity mirror.
There are 2 living areas, both with smart TV's.
The first, the blue room is the perfect space for reading or relaxing away from the household. It gives you access to the rooftop garden and entertaining area with BBQ.
The 2nd living area is part of the large, relaxed family room, it has the feeling of bringing everyone together to eat, to cook and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Enjoy feasts together at the beautiful Oak dining table that seats 10.
The Kitchen offers another area you'll find yourselves relaxing or sleeping in. The white , upholstered , banquette seat will lull you into an afternoon nap . When you open the big bi -folding windows you'll connect with the outside area and all it has to offer.
The kitchen has a large Ilve oven and gas cooktop, fridge with filtered water and ice maker and a separate appliance cupboard. Miele dishwasher and a microwave. It's a very spacious kitchen and allows for those who love to cook and create to engage around the massive, white island as it is the central focus of the room.
The pool area is fully secured from the yard and has a sunny north facing deck for sun tanning or watching the kids. Surrounded by lush gardens and trees for privacy. There are 2 level grassy areas and a BBQ area.
Laundry has Meile washing machine and dryer and a large clothesline + outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
