A queen guest room and two bedrooms with twin beds and bunk beds with brand new linens and blankets. The garage has been converted to a hang out room with old sofas, TV, Ping Pong, etc. The backyard has a basketball court and outdoor shower. 4 BEACH BADGES INCLUDED!!! There is a corner store on the end of this block so you can pick up a morning coffee and a sandwich. Dogs considered with special approval & pet fee.
