Off grid solar powered lights, propane for a hot shower and cooking, small fridge, queen sized bed and table bed. Biking, hiking, boating and outdoor activities abound nearby. In addition nearby wineries and brewery. The mattress has a memory foam and pillow top on it. If you like firm take the foam and pillow top off
The space
Off grid and sits next to a rushing mountain stream. Solar lighting, propane heating, shower and toilet. Generator available for AC in the summer as long as you fill up the tank. The outlets in the camper do not work unless a generator is running the unit. Solar panels run the indoor lighting. Heating and cooking is by propane tanks located at the front of the camper so if one runs out simply switch to the other propane tank. Camper is on a 10 acre property nestled back in the trees behind a small farm with giant sunflowers and other plants during warmer months. Please note, this is camping and not a hotel so dont expect a tv and wifi just the peace and serenity of nature located along a Virginia Byway leading up to the Blue Ridge Parkway with abundant natural scenery. Conveniently located within a 5 mile radius is a winery, brewery, orchards, waterfalls, trails, biking and the town of Bedford. Free range organic eggs and firewood available for sale at the campsite.
