This four bedroom condo invites relaxation decorated in a bright and cheery beach themed décor. NEW for the 2024 season is a beautiful fully remodeled kitchen that took down a wall to open up the room allowing for the addition of a kitchen island with fabulous Quartz countertops and all new appliances. Plenty of room to stretch out and entertain with kitchen seating for 8 plus 3 at the island plus a huge sectional couch in family room. Sliding glass door in the dining room accesses wraparound deck. Master bedroom suite has king bed, a shower bathroom, and sliding door to sun deck. Polka dot bedroom has full size with twin bunk and twin trundle bed to sleep up to 4. Blue room has a queen bed. Coral bedroom has 2 twin beds. Second hall bath includes a shower with tub. Enjoy family BBQ dinners sitting on the large wrap around deck at the large outdoor dining set with seating for 8 then relax on the comfy conversation set.
With only a one block walk to the beach, multiple dining options including The Windrift, Icona Avalon Brew Bub, Mack's Pizza and more within short walking distance and recreation center with playground for the kids across the street, this home is perfect for a fun and relaxing vacation!
Amenities include central air, gas BBQ grill, 10 beach tags valued at $35 per tag if you had to buy a weekly tag yourself, outdoor enclosed shower and private driveway parking for up to 3 cars. Full sized front-loading washer/dryer.
