Welcome to the the Lions Den! Just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and Airport. This 2,400 sq. ft home offers 5 stylishly appointed bedrooms with abundant space. With multiple lounge areas, outdoor pool, backyard patio, Gym, cabana, BBQ and much more, it is the perfect house to share with family, a group of friends, or for a business stay.
Our goal is for you to have a fantastic stay at the Golden Lion and enjoy your visit to the area.
Check-in time is anytime after 4pm.
Check-out time is before 10am.
***QUIET HOURS are from 9pm - 8am 7 days a week. All patio lights and pool equipment will shut down after 9pm.
Main renter must be at least 25 years old.
2 night minimum stay.
***NO PARTIES.
No outside guests (there may be exceptions with approval from Host).
We will assess a $300 penalty for any evidence of smoking inside the home.
The home is all hard marble and may not be suitable for young children. There is an open staircase that could be dangerous for small children. Please be aware and keep an eye on your children.
- Small dogs are allowed with no fee, if your dog is larger than 20 pounds there will be a pet fee added.
- Breakdown of bedrooms and house -
5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and one half bath. 2 king and 3 queen beds to fit a party of 10. Large living room, kitchen, and dining room. Two separate outdoor lounging areas including BBQ and pool. A small gym including a Bow Flex and Pilates machine in the garage can be used at your own risk. This private residence will cater to all your group/family needs.
- Kitchen - fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, oven, food blender, large sink, and complimentary cooking essentials will be provided. The house comes with everything you need to entertain.
- Living space - includes a large sitting area with comfortable sectional couch, 64" Smart HD TV. Utilize your own subscription services or use our HDMI cables to connect to all your personal devices.
- Master Suite Bedroom #1 (upstairs) - includes 1 comfortable king sized bed with a private bathroom and 40" Smart HD TV. There is a baby crib in the large walk-in closet for you to use at your own risk. It has a small changing station attached.
- Bedroom #2 (downstairs) - King sized bed with clean comfortable bed linens. 40" Smart HD TV. Shared bathroom in hallway.
- Bedroom #3 (upstairs) - Queen sized bed with clean comfortable bed linens. Shared bathroom in hallway. 40" Smart HD TV
- Bedroom #4 (upstairs) - Queen sized bed with clean comfortable bed linens. Shared bathroom in hallway. 40" Smart HD TV
- Bedroom #5 (upstairs) - Queen sized bed with clean comfortable bed linens. Shared bathroom in hallway. 40" Smart HD TV
- Bathrooms - all bathrooms come equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and complimentary toiletries to complete your stay.
- Laundry - on-site laundry in garage with washer, dryer and complimentary detergents to give you a fresh and clean stay from beginning to end.
- BBQ Grill and outdoor dining area is fully available for you to enjoy. Please note: propane is not included, if there is gas in the tank you are welcome to use it, but should it run out, all guests are responsible for exchanging the propane tank as needed.
- Outdoor pool is available all year long. No pool heating is available. Pool quiet time hours are strictly 9pm to 8am.
- Garage - Our garage has been remodeled with beautiful white tile floors and outfitted with a small home gym. There is a pilates machine, a bow flex machine, a phone game ab workout and pushup bars. Feel free to use at your own risk. Sorry, but no parking cars in the garage.
- Security - There are blink cameras covering most of the outdoor area. Two cameras on the driveway, one on the front walk way, one covering the front yard, one on either side of the house looking down the sides of the house toward the street and one overlooking the pool area facing down from the patio area by the side house sliding door. These are for the security of the guests and our house. There is also a minut audio monitoring device in the living room, this does not record conversations, it sends a signal if the noise level gets too high. This is to let us know if people are throwing a party. Las Vegas is very strict with people throwing parties, we have to be responsible with our house. Thank you for understanding.
Our maintenance crew treats the pool and maintains landscaping weekly and may be present at some point during your stay. They normally do not stay longer than 15-30 minutes.
