On the bottom floor, adjacent to the garage and front entry, you’ll find a second Master Suite, with its own en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet.
Moving upstairs to the living level, you'll find a well-appointed kitchen, spacious dining and living areas, a half-bath, and an office nook.
On the top floor, you'll find the remaining three bedrooms, one with a queen, a second with a full bed with a twin bunked overtop, and the master suite with a king bed, en-suite bath, and walk-in closet.
Steps outside your front door you'll find a year-round hot tub, fire-place, grill & gather area, and seasonally you'll be able to enjoy a pool, a second spa, and two pickleball courts each of which is private to the guests and owners of this community alone.

There are a wide variety of activities for summer fun too! You’re a short 15-minute drive to Pineview Reservoir which offers several beaches, swimming, and any water recreation you’d like to participate in. 20-minutes from the home you’ll find Ogden and Layton, the nearest towns which offer grocery stores, restaurants, and family-friendly activities for all.
