The space
This private guest home is located on the first floor of my two story home.
I have added a door to seal off the first floor from the rest of the home to provide as much privacy as possible to any guests who decide to book with us.
This unit comes with its own personal entrance from both sides front/back side of the unit. This unit also comes with a large living room, two bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
The living room comes equipped with a L shaped couch, 55 inch Smart Tv, coffee table, one medium size desk for work/study area, a small kitchen area with a Large refrigerator, microwave and a small dining tables with a great view to the front of the house.
The first room comes equipped with a king size bed as well as a 32inch tv smart tv and a night stand as well as a wall cabinet to store items.
The second bedroom comes with two queen sized beds a 55inch smart tv with a dresser.
All of the beds, Televisions and most of the furniture in this unit are new. Every common area space in this unit is equipped with its own personal wall mounted air conditioning unit. You will have access to three AC unit remotes so you can control the temperature of all of the rooms and set them to your liking.
As stated above this unit is private and the only people who will have access to it will be the guests who book this unit.
