Makahena at Poipu unit #4303: Go with the flow in this two-level, 1,380 square-foot, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath haven. Pull up a barstool and watch your designated chef prepare your feast in the morning as you enjoy your coffee from your coffee maker. Seating is available for two more guests at the kitchen island overlooking the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen offers cookware, a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, toaster, and microwave. After breakfast in the dining room which seats four, guests can clean up with ease in the sink or using the dishwasher.
After a day of exploration, your party of up to eight can rest comfortable in their chosen location on the sofa bed, king, queen, and two twins. There are two full baths and one-half bath so every guest can enjoy their space and make the Makahuena their vacation home. Amenities include WiFi, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, and two flat-screen cable TVs.
As of October 2022, our neighbors recently purchased the last coastline property on the south shore, called Makahuena Estates. They are in the process of building nine vacation rentals. Our unit at Makahuena #4303 is within closer proximity of the property line and may experience louder noise than usual from Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Makahuena Estates is an entirely separate property from our property. We will do our best to update information based on the project’s progress. We appreciate your understanding and loyalty as guests.
Our ocean view resort offers stunning views from each vacation condo. While we do not have air-conditioning in this unit, we have fans to help circulate the Pacific breeze. Each condo has a sliding glass door that opens onto the lanai, and windows throughout the space to help enhance the cross-breeze throughout the space.
