**Please Note: Snowshoe Mountain Resort temporarily closes from mid-October to Thanksgiving every year for transition from mountain bike season to ski season. It is a beautiful area to explore and plenty of outdoor adventures anytime of the year, but please know amenities will be limited. Please contact us with any questions.

Snowshoe Mountain Resort is known as the Island in the Sky, providing top-rated amenities and entertainment at an elevation of 4848 feet in the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia. Due to its location,there is no cell service within an hour from Snowshoe, and WIFI in the Village may be unreliable. Please besure to have directions and contact numbers prior to traveling.
