Pool area is on the ocean with spa, ping pong, fully equipped fitness room and BBQ. On the Iron Man Triathalon path. Ground Floor unit for easy access, park right out the door to unload and only a couple steps vs most other units require wagon to unload and stairwells . This unit although ground level has an elevated lanai for views and is same level as 2nd floor across the way. Bldg 5 is just up from pool and away from road noise, North/South facing for dark cooler morning bedroom, indirect sunlight in living area. Building 5 is only building with new plumbing, painting done. Great location, easy access and close to town and beaches.

Tennis court requires getting the key and returning the key to the HOA manager office, which is just a couple doors down but plan for the weekend because they’re not the end on the weekend. There are a few tennis rackets in closet.
Beautiful snorkeling reefs right at the property with access (except in high surf). Watch dolphins,sunsets and whales from the property. Shower is in the pool area to wash off
Very convenient ~ 1 mile walk or 2 minute drive to town and well known restaurants . On the bus/trolley route. Five minutes from famous snorkeling beach with sea wall, lifeguard and sea turtles. Enjoy shopping in town and the open market.
Volcano National Park is a great day trip. Pu'uhonua o Hōnaunau National Park is only 30 min and best snorkeling at 2 step a short walk outside the park.
