The space
The home is recently built with modern finishes, new appliances, dedicated laundry room, and thoughtfully, stylishly decorated.

You'll be welcomed by a spacious front porch and into an open concept design that feels clean and grand. The living room has a large, comfortable sofa to Prep delicious meals in our fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining area with a sleek design and dimmable lights to set the perfect mood. Finish the night in cozying up in our large sofa with complimentary streaming!

The luxurious master bedroom has a king bed along with a balcony access and en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Need to get some work done, try the adjustable height table!

A queen bed awaits you in the charming 2nd bedroom and a wall desk to get some work done throughout the day.

For the kids or the really close friends, a full and twin bed are paired in the 3rd bedroom.

*DJ’s or Big Speakers

We have a zero tolerance policy for parties! Do not attempt to throw a party or large gatherings that include uninvited guests. You will be shut down immediately and asked to leave with no refund or relocation assistance. You will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee. This will be strictly and promptly enforced! DO NOT book here if you want to throw a party.

SAFETY AND SECURITY DEVICES:
1. Cameras: There are absolutely no cameras inside the home. There is a doorbell camera in the front door. There will be a camera with floodlights in the backyard and it has visuals of the deck, fire pit area, and bubble tent.

2. Noise Monitoring: There is a Minut Noise Monitoring system in the living room. It monitors Decibel level, it does not have the ability to record voice!

DO NOT tamper with any of these devices!

PARKING RULES
2 cars in the driveway
Temporary parking in curb in front of house from 5 p.m. to 9 a.m. Mon-Fri and all day Sat and Sun. Please do not park in front of neighbor's houses, you can get towed with no notice!

Unlisted Guests:
You may have a maximum of 3 people (including kids) over as guests. If you plan on having more people over, please check with us first. Guests are expected to follow all house rules and guidelines and will be your responsibility and liability. Guests violating House Rules will result in cancellation of your booking without refund. Unlisted guests may not sleep overnight, no exceptions. Additional charges may apply if unlisted guests repeatedly spend the night.

OTHER NOTES:
Please refrain from multiple people hanging out in front of the house

No smoking inside of the property.

No Weed or use of illegal drugs on the property.

Any damage to the property or items at the property will be invoiced to person on reservation.

THE AREA:
Being 5 minutes from downtown, you will experience all city living has to offer! Downtown Raleigh is surrounded by gentrifying areas, and College Park is no exception. The neighboring homes are also newly built and there is a mix of new construction and older homes further down the street. There is foot traffic from the nearby bus stop and people wandering.
You may be able to hear some traffic noise and talking from time to time, but otherwise tranquil area. If you have any other questions, please feel free to send us a message!

QUIET HOURS:
Families and working professionals live around you, please be mindful and respectful!
All outdoor use (Fire Pit, Deck, etc) must end at 10 p.m. Sun-Thur, 12 a.m. Fri & Sat
No loud music or noise after 10:00PM until 7:00AM.
You will get 1 courtesy call, then Airbnb will be notified, and if issue is not resolved within 15 minutes of courtesy call, you will be asked to vacate the premises with no refund.

[PLEASE NOTE]
If the police are called to the residence for any negative reason excluding an emergency then you will be asked to leave immediately with NO REFUND. No exceptions!!!
