Summary: When we first arrived, we weren’t sure that we were at the right place because the property looked abandoned. The parking lot was a mess of haphazardly staged vehicles, broken up concrete, zero landscaping care, and almost no lighting (we arrived close to midnight). We parked in what we thought was in between the lines, covered our faces to avoid secondhand from the woman smoking next to the front door, and went inside.
The clerk at the front desk was helpful and friendly, and I felt bad for her for having to be bothered by two tween girls loitering in the lobby alone (although that’s a parenting failure and not the hotel’s fault). However, the lobby and hallways were absolutely filthy.
When we got to the room, I was disappointed to see that it had hardwood floors, even though the pictures on the website only showed carpeted rooms. While this isn’t a critique on hardwood vs. carpet, I have my preference - and I wouldn’t have booked had I known that the room floor was bare.
While the room itself was mostly clean, the bathroom was a concern. The ceiling in the shower were dirty, rusted, and not secure from whoever or whatever was up there last. The sink had no hot water at all, and the towels and washcloths were dirty. When I asked for more from the front desk, she gave me towels and asked for our room number to bring the washcloths because she didn’t have anymore. We never saw her again.

Summary: I didn't like that. I had to clean a toilet just to be in the room. Ask for a different room. That toilet was dirtier and tub was dirty, so I went back to the original room.
Overall it was a nice stay I would like to see the hallway carpets cleaner and deep steam but inside the room was comfy
