It also offers a lovely outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off after a terrific day at the beach and an expansive grassy lawn with beach chairs where you can unwind and read a favorite book. Another great perk is the sizeable wraparound lanai flanked by a lava rock wall featuring an outdoor dining area and a gas grill perfect for summertime cookouts. Upon entering, you will discover a welcoming living area with wall-to-wall windows and a Roku smart TV with cable.
