Only a few blocks from the beach, this updated Victorian home is perfect for large family vacations. Built in 1889, and renovated just a couple years ago, this home is located in north Asbury Park. Featuring a large wrap around front porch and a large landscaped fenced in backyard.

THE SPACE
3 story home with a full bath on each floor, lots of space for lounging, dining and enjoying vacation!
Enter the home and turn right into the den with large, comfy sectional, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the front porch, and a large smart TV. Or go straight ahead to the piano/sitting room with large, comfortable window seat for napping, reading or just hanging out. Sit with friends and family in this area to talk, listen to music or create your own on the piano.
Head to the dining room that features a large custom made barn wood table and built in seating, where the entire family can enjoy dinner.
Large kitchen to create your own meals has a bar height table (3 seats) and sitting area on island (3 seats). There is no dishwasher (we wanted one too) due to the layout.
Walk out from kitchen to the super fun deck with grill and twinkle lights. Or play in the enclosed backyard Garage has beach supplies (not for parking) and complimentary bikes. There's a new full bath off the kitchen to clean off your leftover sand from the beach or enjoy the brand new shower.
Newly renovated 2nd floor featuring a bathroom with vintage sink and claw foot tub. Two bedrooms: one with brand new Serta queen bed and adjacent sitting area that has sectional sofa and desk ( if you absolutely must work). The other bedroom has two full beds and is large for kids to play.
The third floor has 4 bedrooms and a large walk in shower with a marble bench. Enjoy a comfy night’s sleep on our Serta Perfect Sleeper Plush Renewed Night Mattress in two of the bedrooms. These new Serta mattress provides contouring pressure relief and support for the best sleep you’ve had in age. There is an adorable third bedroom with a twin and twin trundle.
There are areas all over the house where the kids or the adults can hang out, relax and enjoy themselves. There's even a little secret "nook" for reading or for kids to hide.
You will live on the porch. Go between the comfy outdoor sofa, the swing, and dining table; you will bask in the peacefulness of the fabulous porch. May never want to leave. If you are cold, turn on the outdoor restaurant grade heater. Yup, take the chill off.

THINGS WE LOVE BUT CAN'T HAVE IN OUR HOUSE (INCLUDING PORCH)
* Smoking: no where on premises including porch and deck
*Pets: love them but unfortunately can't have these cuddly beings in the house. If brought and it approved, your reservation will be cancelled and no refund given.
*Curry Cooking: super love but the aroma lasts forever and we have guests coming after you leave that may not embrace it.
SECURITY CAMERAS:
We have 24/7 video/audio security cameras on the exterior of property. They are located on the front porch (facing the driveway and showing front porch entrance) and a ring spotlight facing the garage. These are security cameras focused on the entryways and designed to maintain privacy while enjoying our home. Your reservation will be cancelled if they are tampered with (removed, covered, or disabled). They are there for the security of you and our house.

Guests will be able to access the entire home.
Interaction with guests: We are located close to the home and are available 24/7 during your stay by phone.
