The North side first floor bedroom hosts a queen bed and a private deck with a table and two chairs.
As you walk up to the second level you will be delighted to find a bright and airy living space that includes living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has ample storage, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops complete with a breakfast bar with extra seating for dining. Walk out of the living room slider to enjoy any meal at the table while taking in the beautiful bay view. This deck wraps around the side of the home with steps leading to another third-floor deck.
The main living floor also offers a powder room and spacious master bedroom suite with attached deck overlooking the fenced-in back yard.
Owner allows tenants use of the garage along with use of their beach chairs, etc as a courtesy.
Brand new pool and jacuzzi installed is now available for tenants' use. Tenants have access to the pool house but NOT permitted to use the Murphy Bed.
