Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Alealoa point as a family of 5 adults and one 9month old. We were looking for a vacation experience where we could enjoy cooking at home and hanging out away from crowds, especially with the little one. This house was perfect for that. Every morning we would watch whales from the lanai while sipping coffee and enjoying the morning quiet. The house is accurately described though what the photos don’t capture are the perfect breeze, cool floors, high quality appliances, extremely well stocked kitchen, and peaceful vibe away from the buzz of resorts and tourists. The Alealoa point community clearly cares about their properties and each other, we had very pleasant interactions and felt extremely safe. The pool and little beach are awesome- pool is heated which was nice after the sun was gone and we loved the little private cove and saw turtles every day. Definitely will want to have a car, but within short drives of everything you need! Home owner was very easy to get a hold of with questions and very helpful with local recs. Overall a perfect stay and we are already daydreaming about coming back!
