Summary: Staff was beyond rude. Hotel itself was subpar and definitely overpriced, sauna was cold, couldn’t ever get ahold of the front desk, no room service or if there was I was on hold for dining for 20 minutes and had to walk down to go get food. Parking was crowded, did not feel professional at all and was ultimately treated poorly. I would never recommend anyone to go here.
