Summary: When I booked my room with Hotels.com, I reserved and paid for a king room with refrigerator. I was given a room with two queen bed and no refrigerator.The hotel staff showed me a communication from Expedia requesting a room with two queen beds and charged me $2.00 more per night, because I booked through Expedia. My booking was through Hotels.com. I paid Hotels.com $196.51 for my room, with the added $2.00 per room, I paid $202.51 for my room and did not get the room I paid for. If I had reserved my room directly through the hotel it would have cost me $189.70, according to the staff. My issue is not with the hotel staff but with Hotels.com.
