The space
This apartment has plenty of space. Great place for couples, or those who are combining travel with work. High speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, fully stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer for convenience.

Once you get up to the apartment you'll be treated to tons of lighting as you ascend the stairs. The kitchen area is perfect for fixing up a quick meal before going on your adventures in the city! Once you're back, our memory foam mattresses will cradle you as you rest like a new born baby.

Just a couple of blocks away there is a huge, beautiful park complete with all sort of activities; baseball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, running trails, dog parks, Cherry Blossom trees, slopes for sledding (kids), a large lake with restaurant.

Further down the block you come to JFK Blvd east a road along the cliffside that boasts fantastic views of the NYC skyline and easy access to NYC by express Buses that run every couple of minutes.

This town is one of the most desired in the proximity of New York City. Not far from the apartment there is an exquisite view of New York City skyline and the Hudson River. The commute by bus to 42nd Street (The Port Authority Bus Terminal) is approximately 20 minutes. Steps from the apartment is the bus stop that will take you into Manhattan. There is a ferry that can also be used to go to Manhattan. We are also very close to Hoboken and Jersey City which are very well known for their delicious restaurants with spectacular Hudson River views.

There is only street parking, you can park on Bergenline ave (the street the building is on) for 2 hours max you can purchase tickets using the Park Mobile app or at the kiosks on the street from 7am 10 pm from monday thru Saturday, sunday are free meter parking. If you park on the side streets you'll be able to park overnight but some side streets might require paid parking as well. Ensure to read the signs to minimize potential for a parking ticket. Please do not block anyones driveway or your car may be towed. We are not responsible for any parking violations.
