This 767 foot spacious condo has two king beds plus a sofa bed and two full bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps six. The second bedroom has its own private entrance and bathroom. The condo is professionally decorated with unique picturesque photos of famous spots around Maui.
The breath taking view of mile long Keawakapu Beach and ocean from the spacious lanai is nothing short of spectacular.
The relaxed Maui ambience is heightened by the stunning Mana Kai resort. The nonsmoking resort includes a heated swimming pool, common barbecue area for guests, a restaurant, a convenience store, a shop which rents snorkeling and surfing equipment, a business center with computers and printers and an exercise/workout facility.
No need to miss your workout! The complimentary fitness center is conveniently located in the basement of the Mana Kai and is open from 5 AM to 10 PM. It features Precor Premium Fitness equipment.
The Shops at Wailea are a ~25 minute walk from the Mana Kai and boasts some of the best shopping on the island.
Unit 310 is perfectly situated in a private, quiet location on the third floor (away from the elevator, restaurant, etc) and provides spectacular ocean views. Your personal reserved parking spot (#75) is right in front of the Mana Kai entrance.
Mana Kai 310 has separate air conditioning units and fans in each area/bedroom for your individual comfort. You will find new items throughout the condo, including new linens and towels.
There is a new smart TV (January 2021) in the A Unit and a flat screen TV in the 2nd bedroom, as well as free high speed internet available throughout the unit. There is also free local and long distance calls to the US mainland and Canada. In addition to the kitchen table with four chairs, there is also a 4 person table with chairs on the lanai giving you plenty of room for lounging and enjoying the gorgeous ocean views.
Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are available within the condo for lounging on the beach.
The full kitchen and kitchenware includes coffee maker, toaster, bowls, pots, pans, dinnerware, flatware and glassware. The refrigerator (January 2021) and dishwasher (March 2020) are new.
Dish soap, laundry soap and paper towels are provided in the kitchen. Body wash and hair shampoo are provided in the two showers. Toilet tissue and Kleenex tissues are also provided. Hair dryers are in the bathroom drawers.
Guests are provided an electronic access key to the unit approximately one week before arrival. No need to check in but do register your car and simply take the elevator to your third floor hideaway and enter paradise.
