Spacious Victorian 4 bed, 3 full bath home for rent on a highly desired porch lined street in NW Asbury Park. Tucked within a very friendly neighborhood, where porch entertainment happens on the daily, is your very own summer rental. Our newly renovated home can comfortably sleep 8+.
Great for a family or group of friends interested in Summer 2022 (May 27th through September 30th).
The first floor is open and airy with plenty of room for entertaining inside and out. A cozy sitting room opens to a large dining room framed by bay windows and a wet bar, with a nugget ice machine and 15 btl wine refrigerator. The dining room and spacious living room with a 65” LG Smart TV are connected by a large chef’s kitchen with a quartz island for morning coffee or evening cocktail conversations. The mud room hosts a full bathroom and a separate laundry room with extra capacity washer and dryer.
On the second floor you’ll find two linen closets, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms. The primary suite (titled “bedroom 4” in this listing) has a king bed under a vaulted ceiling, a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom complete with an oversized steam shower with dual shower heads. The south facing and middle bedrooms have queen beds, while the north bedroom has a daybed with a trundle providing two twin beds. All bedrooms have their own TVs with cable. The home is equipped with powerful WiFi and nest home security and central air.
Open backyard with a small deck and outdoor seating is perfect for summer breakfast, lunches and dinners hot off the grill. Our property comes a private 5th Ave beach locker already stocked with 6 beach chairs and 1 umbrella. With extra space for some beach essentials, you’re a few hassle free minutes away from a perfect day spent on the beach and boardwalk. In the backyard, we have 4 guest bikes available for use (bike rentals are available at Asbury Park Cyclery).
The beach is either a 5 minute bike ride away or <20 min stroll down 5th avenue.
In an effort to keep your space clean, pets (small - medium sized dogs) will be considered on case by case basis.
