Our 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located right on beautiful Cocoa Beach. You will enjoy ocean views with the beautiful Florida sun spilling into each room. The condo has been recently renovated with all new furniture, countertops, flooring, accessories, plus new windows and doors. It is equipped with everything you will need for your stay including beach gear and toys. There is even a parking space just for you. (Note, we can only accommodate one vehicle.) Enjoy the condominium patio right along the beach, private beach access, an outdoor shower for your use after a day at the beach, and on-site common laundry facilities. Our condo is in a small complex of just 22 units in a quiet neighborhood less than 1 mile north of Cocoa Beach Pier. The complex has two floors, and our unit is located on the second. Come and enjoy everything Cocoa Beach has to offer!
