Negative: It was confusing how to locate the condo. Not their fault but lots of rain when we arrived late. We didn't know where to park and how to get to the condo. We called and the person was very helpful about the directions. Wouldn't have been so bad but a terrible downpour that night. Very helpful person we talked to. Very nice development. Shower head not working well. Not much warm water and showerhead was clogged.

Summary: Great location..... loved the palm trees, flowers, etc.!@
