E Komo Mai to our brand new remodeled two bedroom ground floor unit artfully designed with you in mind! This Unit, tucked away in the beautifully landscaped Kihei Akahi Resort, is only steps away from the famous Kamaole II Beach.
This is one of the few 2 bedroom units of the Kihei Akahi with a quiet brand new Air-Conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms. The Kihei Akahi is located in South Kihei, which is on the southwest side of Maui, an easy drive to nearly all of Maui’s landmarks and outdoor activities. Kamaole II Beach is right across the street from the Resort and offers excellent swimming, snorkeling, white sand and gorgeous sunset views. Dining, shopping and golfing are just minutes away.
There are beach chairs, a beach umbrella, cooler and beach towels in the unit.
Approximately a 2 min walk to the beach. 2 Pools, Tennis Court and two BBQ areas on the common ground.
There will no parking available in front of the unit on May 19-20, 2023 because the parking lot gets a new sealcoating. The office will assign you a parking for the two days.

Summary: Very spacious with plenty of supplies like towels and beach equipment; good air conditioning; excellent maintenance of grounds. Really liked ground floor unit with access to the garden. Pool area very clean and comfortable. The major problem was accessing the unit when we arrived, information incorrect. No response when we called owner. Suggestions: Kitchen could be improved with better dishes and cutlery, much of it mismatched and no bowls and only few knives and forks. Furniture is old but functional and sofa could use a new cover because it is quite stained.
