Huge Victorian with classic old world touches. 8 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Tall Ceilings throughout with enclosed front porch, and deck upstairs. Fresh ocean breeze from every direction. A block from the bay and 3 blocks away from the beach and boardwalk. Located at fun filled and convenient Newport Avenue in Ventnor, close to restaurants, bars, shops and weekly farmers market. Smart TV in every room, and plenty of space in multiple living rooms.. 5 minute drive to world class entertainment in nearby Atlantic city. There is plenty of space for the whole extended family and more.
Checking at 5pm Saturdays, checkout by 11AM on Saturdays as well. There will be a penalty fee of $150 per hour for late checkouts.
We will provide up to 10 beach batches, street parking is freely available, and there is no parking permit required. We will also provide up 2 deeded offstreet parking spaces and pillows and linens for all beds. We suggest our guests bring their own toiletries due to the large variety in personal preferences for such things. We can provide basic toiletries, but we have found that it is better for guests to bring their own when possible again due to variations in personal preferences.
Pillows and linens are providedas well as towels.
We can also provide a foldable wagon with coolers for your convenience as well as beach chairs and umbrellas. Checking starts at 5 p.m., and it can be a little flexible if needed with prior coordination and approval beforehand when possible.
You will be contacted by management a couple of weeks before your stay for instructions on how to get access to the property.
