Summary: My first impression was not the greatest as the hotel was under renovation which made it very hazardous in my opinion. The floors were all broken up and several areas were off limits which made it difficult to maneuver around the property. Had I known the hotel was under renovation I would have selected a different hotel. Where most hotels would have had hot water for tea or coffee in the lobby, non of this was available. I was very disappointed. Then upon entering my room there was a small roach running on the carpet by the bed. I was very disgusted. Of course I was uncomfortable sleeping and having my shoes or any items on the floor. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. After seeing the roach in the room we decided against eating the complimentary breakfast. The staff was professional at check-in but not very friendly.
